The restaurant “The Central”

From April to the end of November, we invite you to come and sit in our restaurant with traditional Basque cuisine. We are open every day for lunch and dinner, closed on Tuesdays, all day. 

Make yourself comfortable on the terrace or in the cozy dining room and enjoy a generous, homemade meal, using good and beautiful regional products. We highlight Basque cuisine and local dishes on each of our plates.

The specialties

Our chef works with regional products and highlights them in superb plates, full of color and taste. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons, arrivals and the chef's inspirations. You may be lucky enough to taste a regional specialty such as iraty trout, an Izarra soufflé or a lamb sweetbread with piquillo peppers.

Half board
